FYREWASH® F3-RR is an ultra pure, biodegradable water-based detergent which ha been developed by Rochem’s chemists to provide maximum possible cleaning efficiency from a non-solvent formulation. FYREWASH® F3-RR is the new water-based cleaner for on-line and off-line compressor cleaning against which the cost and performance of all other water-based cleaners will now be challenged.

FYREWASH® F3-RR was developed to give the maximum possible cleaning efficiency from a non-solvent chemical.
This resulted in a non-solvent, non-hazardous, user-friendly and highly biodegradable water-based cleaner which now sets the standard against which the performance and cost effectiveness of all other water-based compressor cleaners can be judged.
It meets the most stringent requirements of Rolls Royce’s cleaning requirements.
On-line cleaning is normally performed by mixing one part FYREWASH® F3-RR concentrate with 4 parts of distilled or deionized water as specified by the turbine’s manufacturer.
The volume of chemical solution needed per wash and the optimum cleaning frequency will depend on the size of the engine, fouling tendency and other factors. Please consult your Rochem FYREWASH® manual or contact our technical staff for recommendations.
FYREWASH® F3-RR can be used for on-line and off-line washing of the Rolls Royce Gas turbine compressors. It is vital to use a properly designed, safe and well proven atomizing injection system. Rochem has developed and proven a full range of patented manual and fully automatic injection systems to suit any engine type.
